We require an remittance of 50% of the total cost of your expected bill, if it is low season, and the rest when you check in,
(or the total cost if only the stay is for 3 nights). When it is high season, we require an remittance of
the total cost of your expected bill.
Your reservation is confirmed when you notice us about of the remittance.
To confirm your reservation, you can make a shipment by Pay Pal;
You can also send us by Western Union, Money Gram or American Transfer,
for the amount of 50% of your stay booked when it is low season, and the remaining balance must be settled upon arrival at Casa Bellavista B & B;
When the reservation is for only 3 nights we require the shipment for the total amount of the stay;
And when it is high season, we always require the shipment for the full amount of your reservation.
Payment is for the original length of the reservation, even if any reservation changes occur, arriving later or leaving
earlier than booked for (shortened stays).
The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. Casa Bellavista B&B cannot be held liable for any circunstances,
which do not allow for arrival and use of provided accommodations.
You may cancel your reservation 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, and we will refund you the advance deposit or the remittance,
we will charge only $50.00 USD. If the reservation has been canceled less than 21 days before scheduled arrival, we will refund
you the 50% of the advance deposit or the remittance. If no notice occurs before scheduled arrival date no refund is possible.
No cancellation refund is possible during high season (Day of the Dead, Christmas and New Year,
Easter and Guelaguetza).
The guests of Casa Bellavista B&B agree to remain personally liable for payment of the account including
food and drinks, loss or damage to the contents of the room (other than normal wear and tear),
repairs due to abuse and or misuse of electrical equipment and other items provided by the inn.
